方案一：
Riva FLV Encoder2.0：
方案一是我在爬文時最常見的方案，但是根據網友 David 實際使用經驗表示：「Riva FLV Encoder2.0轉出來的MPG可能無法燒成VCD，因為格式好像不太標準，NERO一定會要求重新編碼（轉檔）。」
方案二：
FLV SPLITTER+TMPGEnc：我自己使用後發現，這個方案對於我遇到的Youtube flv 檔案通通不能成功，因為即使安裝了最新版本的 FLV SPLITTER，TMPGEnc 頂多只能辨識到音軌(audio)，也就是說 FLV SPLITTER 的 Codec 根本無法解譯我所下載的Youtube flv 影像(video)部份！
直到我找到這個，SUPER(c)v2007，一個用起來名實相符的好軟體！
SUPER(c)v2007很穩，很順利的就把之前的 YOUTUBE FLV 轉成標準的 MPEG1 VCD NTSC 格式 *.MPG檔案(我沒有試 VCD PAL)，而最令人開心的是，可以直接拖入Nero5.0 和 Nero6.0 就燒錄，不需經過Nero再次轉檔！之後的 VCD 成品也能在家用 DVD PLAYER 正常播放！
沒有任何快轉或是影音不同步的現象！
SUPER(c)v2007 這個好軟體，只需要安裝一次，安裝完成後將程式目錄壓縮起來之後就等於是綠色軟體囉！

不過有趣的是，SUPER(c)v2007 的網頁設計也很 SUPER，SUPER 到讓我熊熊想起我上次就是半途而廢找不到 SUPER(c)v2007 的下載點，因此與它失之交臂啊！
